Tyrone A. King

Mr. King is a partner in our Orlando-based law firm. His practice focuses primarily on representing individuals and families in cases involving significant injury or death.

Mr. King earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida A&M University in 1992 and is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law. During his studies, Mr. King served as an intern in the Florida House of Representatives, the Alabama Capital Representation Resource Center, and the Volunteer Lawyer Post-Conviction Defender Organization. He has represented children in need of legal counsel as a member of the Children's Advocacy Center, and has served as President of the Black Law Student Association.

Jeremy K. Markman

Mr. Markman has served as lead counsel in over seventy trials and represented clients successfully in appellate courts resulting in a number of published decisions from state and Federal courts. He has been rated high to very high in both legal ability and ethical standards by his peers. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, including state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District, U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Markman is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association, admitted to practice in all state courts of New York and Georgia.

Rabbiyah A. Reese

Ms. Reese was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama and graduated magna cum laude from Fisk University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She graduated cum laude from Florida A&M University College of Law.

While working towards her law degree, Ms. Reese was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and Christian Legal Society, received multiple Dean’s List honors, and served as a Research Assistant (Torts) to a former Associate Municipal Court Judge.

Clay Schacht

Mr. Schacht joined King & Markman after 15 years of representing clients throughout Florida. Additionally, his experience has included representing the interests of some of the largest insurance companies in America.  He has drafted several appellate briefs and successfully argued before the Fifth District Court of Appeal.  He has also appeared as lead counsel before The Florida Supreme Court and co-wrote the brief for a multi-billion dollar client. Mr. Schacht focuses primarily on obtaining justice for clients injured in automobile accidents, wrongful death survivors, and insurance litigation.
